2. How can I report a bug?

    We endeavor continuously to provide you a quality software but, there could be incidental
    bugs. Please send us bug reports to support@mycad.com, and provide us information as that
    we can regenerate the problem.

3. How can I request enhanced features in the next version?
    We are very open to feedbacks and inputs from our customers and we have been added
    new features based on the requests. Please send your Email at support@mycad.com or

5. What is the difference between node-locked and floating licenses?
    Node-locked license is for an individual stand-alone computer, and floating license is for
    computers in a network. Multiple computers in the network can access MyCAD tool
    simultaneously.
