* Information Systems Manager

Oversee and assist the software development cycle. Plan the software development. Knowledge of Electronics and electrical CAD(Computer Aided Design). Collect and refine the software requirements. Assign the application engineers to help the developers. Manage the software testing process. Automate the software testing. Build up the testing data. Compile the bug reports. Oversee the alpha and beta testing. Plan the major and minor release and freezing period. Manage the documentation by writing the technical specs and articles. Oversee the manual and documentation development. Write technical presentation. Manage to compile the cookbooks and lab books. Develop the tool libraries. Prepare the design rules and electrical rules. Plan and develop the tool library data. Oversee and manage the web site, www.mycad.com. Develop the technical and informational contents. Setup the email, ftp and web server. Coordinate the hosting projects with layout designer, the web site programmer and marketing people.

* Application Engineering

Design and implement the pre-sale demontration for the customers. Have to have excellent knowledge of EDA tools particularly backend designs. Work and communicate with customers and could suggest the best solution for the prospective customers. Have to be a team player. Simulate and analyze the circuits at gate and transistor level. Have knowledge and experience with mixed signal design. Should have excellent verbal and written communication. Provide the feedbacks to the development process.

* Sales & Marketing

Have to have experience in EDA fields. Understands the electronic design flows and the solid understanding of the each process and stages. Must have worked with the foundaries and the excellent sales and marketing track records. Should have worked with a lot of different size of the companies. Overseas the world wide marketing and help the distributors to maximize their marketing efforts. Should work with the precise time shedules and meet the target sales projection. Strong verbal and written communication. Plan and drive the web presence and the build up the strong MyCAD communities. Must have at least two years in the EDA industries.
